Residential Mortgage Valuations

Professional and Diligent at What We Do!

As panel valuers for many Banks and Financial Institutions in the UAE and MENA region, we have a comprehensive grasp of the property market throughout the United Arab Emirates.

We value many different properties for private and corporate clients alike, from villas and apartments to residential compounds, towers, and development sites. We also do property valuation for international and domestic banks, and we apply professionalism, diligence, and integrity to everything we do.

Our turnaround times for residential mortgage valuations in the UAE are widely accepted as some of the quickest in the market, and we achieve this without compromising our professional integrity and very high standards. Whenever possible, we aim to submit our report within one working day of receiving the instruction and inspecting the property.

What Makes Us Unique?

We firmly believe that panel valuers should be reducing risk, not adding risk. We don’t merely talk about our commitment to best practice – our actions speak for themselves.

All of our inspections are carried out by RICS members, not by unqualified staff paid on a commission basis. As such, you can trust that you will always be working with an experienced and qualified team of valuers and that our results are correct and impartial.

Additionally, we were the first UAE valuation firm to have been regulated by RICS. We committed to the Registered Valuer qualification in 2010, when it was available on a voluntary basis, whereas some competitors in the area only applied when it became compulsory in 2014. This shows our commitment to providing honest and reliable residential mortgage valuations in the UAE.

In addition to the above, the following also makes our company the best for residential mortgage valuations

  • Our MD sits on the RICS MENA Region Valuation Working Group for the region and is the only residential valuer to do so
  • Being 100% independent and not owned by a bank or investment institution, our work is not compromised by conflicts of interest.
  • As a boutique valuation company, we do not provide any agency or investment services, and therefore our valuation reports are totally impartial.

We carry out our own research and work closely with reputable local agents and other market professionals to ensure that we are fully up to date with current market activity and transactions. This enables us to identify changing trends and provide accurate valuations in a fast-moving environment.

First founded in 2009, we have gone from strength to strength since our establishment, and our exceptional team of chartered valuers are a testament to this. Every member of our team is a qualified and professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and each boasts many years of experience in property markets across GCC, North and East Africa, and the Levant regions.

Here at British Arabian, we were one of the first valuation firms in the region to be Regulated by RICS, and we were the first GCC firm to fully commit to RICS Valuer Registration in 2010. We are a company that leads our competitors in demonstrating our commitment to professional regulation, and we always aim to provide the highest possible standard of work.

We promise to serve our clients with qualified professionals, and every member of the team has the skill, knowledge, and expertise to provide a first-class service. We are proud to boast one of the fastest valuation turnaround times in the market, all without compromising on our quality and accuracy.

When you turn to us at British Arabian for your residential mortgage valuations, you can expect our services to be professional, accurate, and competitively priced.
