About Us
The company was founded in 2009 in order to provide the highest possible standard of work. We promise to service our clients with qualified professionals, and we will never compromise by letting a graduate or unqualified staff member do the work. We do not suffer from the lack of knowledge and continuity caused be high staff turnover, endemic in the region amongst the larger consultancies. Our staff are qualified professional members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with many years experience of the property markets across North and East Africa, the Gulf and Levant regions.
British Arabian has become one of the first Regulated By RICS valuation firms in the region, and we became the first GCC firm to fully commit to RICS Valuer Registration in 2010.
